Gus uses his creative leadership experience and his professional acting and improvising experience to create engaging workshops that foster participants’ communication abilities.

Gus has spent most of his career leading innovative teams with empathy and effectiveness. He has spearheaded Intrapreneurial Initiatives for a major corporation, including co-creating a Training and Education department.

Beyond the corporate world, Gus has founded a 350-member Improvisational Thinking community, taught over 1,000 students, and performed at the North Carolina Comedy Festival.
